UNIVERSAL PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE COMPANY, WOMEN’S CLOTHING BRAND OKSVAL

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) describes how the Oksval women’s clothing online store (hereinafter – we, the Store) processes users’ personal data.

The Policy applies to all our online channels:

  • websites: oksval.com and all subdomains at this address;
  • the mobile version of the website;
  • pages and messages on Instagram, Facebook and other social networks (including Direct, Messenger, comments);
  • chatbots and API-based integrations (including services of automatic / AI responses);
  • online advertising (Google, Meta and other advertising platforms).

If you want us to delete data obtained through our website, social networks or integrations with Instagram / Facebook (including via a chatbot or AI responder):

Specify:

  • a link to your profile (Instagram, Facebook or another channel);
  • the approximate date and method of interaction (order, Direct, chat, form on the website);
  • what exactly you want to be deleted.

We will review the request and delete the data (within the technical capabilities and legal requirements) within a reasonable time.
